The app is not loading data
Scores refresh hourly from public telemetry. When a gauge upstream goes offline the zone does not invent a number, it withholds one, so a blank reading is usually a source outage rather than an app fault. If it persists past a few hours on a zone that normally reports, send us the zone and roughly when it went quiet.
The Fishing Compass is not appearing
The Compass needs you to be near a supported zone. Coverage runs Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, and it is deepest in Oregon. Outside a supported zone there is nothing honest for it to point at, so it stays hidden rather than guessing.
Subscription and billing
One subscription, $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial. There are no per-feature purchases. Billing is handled by Apple, so refunds and cancellations go through your App Store account rather than through us.
Regulations and source data
We check the current rules against the state agency, and the agency's own publication remains the authority. Environmental telemetry comes from USGS, NOAA, NWSC, SNOTEL, USACE and NASA MODIS. Fish passage counts come from the federal dam counters, and they lag by a day or two by nature: a fish counted Tuesday is published Wednesday.
