Fish Intel is a decision-support tool only. The Service does not guarantee fishing success.

3. Not an Official Source of Regulations
Fishing regulations are established by government authorities.
Fish Intel is not an official regulatory authority.
Users remain responsible for verifying:
- open and closed seasons
- species restrictions
- permits
- emergency rule changes
Always confirm rules with the relevant authority.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for evaluating:
- weather
- water safety
- terrain hazards
- access permissions
- equipment suitability
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
If conditions appear unsafe, do not proceed.
5. Appropriate Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Service
- attempt unauthorized access
- reverse engineer scoring logic
- scrape data
- interfere with system operation
Automated Access and Competitive Use
Fish Intel includes original methods of organizing, interpreting, and presenting environmental signals relevant to fishing conditions. This includes our scoring frameworks, classifications, written explanations, visualizations, compiled condition displays, and other derived outputs developed through substantial time, analysis, and technical effort.
While many underlying environmental measurements originate from public sources, the selection, normalization, interpretation, and presentation of those signals within Fish Intel constitute proprietary intellectual work.
You may not access or use the Service in a manner that:
- replicates or substitutes for the Service
- extracts, copies, aggregates, or republishes substantial portions of the Service or its outputs
- enables the creation of a competing product, dataset, or interface derived from the Service
- interferes with our ability to operate or monetize the Service
- uses robots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, harvesting tools, or similar manual or automated methods to access the Service in bulk
- bypasses or circumvents technical measures intended to limit automated access or bulk extraction
Normal personal use, browsing, and sharing of links are permitted.
6. Accounts
Users must be 13 or older.
Users are responsible for credential security.
Accounts violating Terms may be suspended.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Apple purchases are managed through Apple billing systems.
Refunds must be requested through Apple.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, scoring methodology, written explanations, visualizations, and compiled presentation of the Service are property of Intelfish LLC.
Fish Intel may incorporate data derived from public environmental sources. Fish Intel does not claim ownership of raw public-domain measurements or official source data. However, the way those signals are selected, normalized, interpreted, scored, arranged, explained, and presented within the Service constitutes proprietary intellectual work.
The Service may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, reverse engineered, or used to create derivative or competing products based on the Service's structure, outputs, or presentation.
Feedback may be used to improve the Service.
9. Availability
Service availability may vary due to:
- data outages
- maintenance
- technical limitations
Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fish Intel provides informational environmental analysis only.
Users are responsible for decisions made using the Service.
Liability shall not exceed 100 USD or the amount paid for the Service in the previous 12 months.
